Great quality carts at a very good price. I only gave 4 stars because, although they arrived quickly, I had no notification that they been dispatched or who the courier was. I arrived home from dropping my wife off at work to find DPD trying to deliver my cart.

I returned a faulty battery to store. Was told they needed to send away for testing, and that i should allow about a week. Have since phoned store twice, and visited in person, both times was promised a return call, which I got after a week and the battery was replaced

My dad brought $5000 worth of golf club cars. He took them back to be replaced, but they refused to replace them and told him they would call the manufacturer. They then called him back and said that they'd be replaced after 3weeks

After struggling with my cart, I went to GCS online to get a new one. After trying a few I was advised to get heavier,stiffer shafts for my current ones instead of buying new. Have just bought my next pair of shoes from there with some of the money saved. Great service!

I ordered a new golf car on Saturday and was given a delivery date for Wednesday or Thursday, which was ok, but was given a delivery for am Tuesday which was amazing

I had to phone the store as there were issues online; everything was sorted quickly, and the club delivered on Friday when I ordered 4 days earlier. So effectively, a maximum of 3 to 5 days, I was told by James. Extra discount as well, making cart more of a bargain
